Jessica R. Brack
Partner
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Jessica Brack brings a proven record of launching, improving, and scaling organizations. She began her career at IBM, leading multiple product lines and implementing business improvement strategies that delivered measurable results.
Jessica later joined Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Consulting, advising Fortune 500 clients on growth and transformation. Prior to focusing full-time on Valencia Capital, she was a senior executive at 2U, an education technology company that went public in 2014.

William E. Rose
Partner
William Rose brings over 25 years of experience in marketing leadership, specializing in brand development, consumer acquisition, and process optimization. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Verosity Marketing.
Previously, he led marketing operations at Catalina Marketing, one of the world’s largest consumer transaction data companies. He also held leadership roles at Knaack Manufacturing and ClosetMaid, driving marketing innovation and growth.
Wheelhouse: Integrating creative strategy with data-driven insight to unlock growth potential.
Education: M.B.A. and B.S., Marketing, Florida State University

Brian Dunphy
President — Acor Orthopaedic
With a strong background in growth strategy, marketing leadership, and operational alignment, Brian Dunphy brings a results-driven approach to leading Acor Orthopaedic. Since joining the organization in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening brand positioning, accelerating digital transformation, and driving portfolio-wide collaboration.
Brian began his tenure at Acor as Director of Marketing, where he launched strategic campaigns that significantly increased brand awareness and customer engagement. He led the development of the company’s digital strategy, generating a 25% increase in qualified leads and modernizing marketing infrastructure. In 2024, he was promoted to Director of Growth and Marketing Services at Valencia Capital, Acor’s parent company, where he oversaw marketing programming and growth initiatives across the portfolio. During that time, he organized and led the company’s first annual Summit, fostering leadership collaboration, standardizing management reporting, and improving forecasting and budgeting processes across operating companies.
Now serving as President of Acor Orthopaedic, Brian oversees the company’s operations and growth strategy, guiding the organization into its next chapter of innovation and expansion.

Focus: Scaling performance, strengthening infrastructure, and driving sustainable growth.
Extras: An accomplished illustrator and storyteller, Brian creates original comic work—including the illustration and story for the annual Akron RubberDucks comic—blending creativity and strategic thinking both inside and outside the workplace.
Carrie Botsford
President — The Dawson Academy
With over two decades of executive leadership experience in the dental industry, Carrie Botsford brings a proven record of operational excellence, strategic growth, and team development. She has led high-performing organizations across clinical and operational environments, consistently driving transformation and measurable results.
Prior to joining The Dawson Academy, Carrie served as an executive operations leader at Spear Education, where she oversaw a national team of Directors, Managers, and Regional Practice Consultants. She previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Select Dental, leading executive teams in developing and executing operational and clinical protocols across the organization. Earlier in her career, Carrie was Divisional Vice President of Operations at Midwest Dental, managing a national team of Regional Directors and overseeing the operational budget for approximately 95 practices. She also brings firsthand experience from working within a dental practice, offering a unique and practical perspective to her leadership.
As President of The Dawson Academy, Carrie is leading the evolution of the Academy’s product offerings and shaping the future of dental Continuing Education on a global scale.
